XPeng Targets 1,000 Humanoid Robots per Month for Global Rollout

Chinese EV manufacturer XPeng is preparing to mass-produce more than 1,000 humanoid robots per month as part of an upcoming global rollout. The company, best known for electric vehicles, is positioning robotics as a new growth pillar and aims to scale output to industrial levels ahead of the product's official launch. The monthly production target indicates XPeng is targeting tier-1 supplier volumes, signaling that overseas buyers will likely have access to XPeng humanoid units through 2025–2026 distribution channels. The move further intensifies competition among China's emerging humanoid robot manufacturers.
