The VisionNav VNQ50 is a 1,500kg capacity autonomous forklift AMR from VisionNav Robotics, one of China's leading autonomous industrial vehicle manufacturers. Unlike most AMRs that handle shelves or carts, the VNQ50 operates as a fully autonomous forklift — picking, transporting, and placing standard pallets at heights up to 5.5 meters in high-bay warehouses. VisionNav's proprietary 3D vision navigation system recognizes pallets and rack locations without reflectors, magnets, or QR codes, enabling rapid deployment in existing warehouses without infrastructure modifications. Cold storage certification down to -25°C makes the VNQ50 suitable for food distribution, pharmaceutical storage, and beverage warehousing where human forklift operators face ergonomic and health challenges from prolonged cold exposure. VisionNav has deployed over 3,000 autonomous forklifts across China's largest e-commerce, FMCG, and automotive logistics operations. At $45,000–$75,000, the VNQ50 represents a major cost reduction versus Western autonomous forklift systems from Jungheinrich, Toyota, and Crown, which typically price at $100,000–$200,000.
