GD01 is a rideable transforming mecha from Unitree, unveiled in 2026 as what the company bills as the first mass-produced machine of its kind. Roughly 2.5m tall standing and about 500kg with a rider aboard, it can shift between bipedal and quadruped forms in seconds under AI motion control, with a full metal frame and an internal seat. Reportedly priced from around ¥3.9M, it targets tourism displays, special operations and high-end personal mobility.
