Kirobo Mini

Kirobo Mini is a palm-sized companion robot from Toyota, just 10cm tall and 183g. Part of the Toyota Heart Project, it chats in Japanese, reads facial expressions and adjusts its tone in response, small enough to sit in a cup holder or pocket. Priced at around $300, it's built purely for everyday emotional company rather than physical tasks.
