Xunxiao

Xunxiao is a wheeled inspection humanoid from YOUIBOT, a white figure that patrols semiconductor fabs at up to 5km/h. Vision sensors catch wafer misalignment as small as 0.5mm, and multimodal perception monitors a dozen parameters at once for second-level response to anomalies. A wheeled base carries dexterous arms for transport and stocktaking across the cleanroom floor.
